Job Overview

We are seeking a Deskside Support Analyst to provide hands-on and remote IT support for end-user computing devices, desktop applications, network and server hardware, and warehouse technology. The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of IT support experience, strong troubleshooting and customer service skills, and working knowledge of Lotus Notes and LANDesk technologies.

The role involves desktop support, hardware and software troubleshooting, mobile device deployment, warehouse equipment support, system monitoring, and end-user training.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for PCs, network and server hardware, software applications, and end-user computing devices.
• Troubleshoot and support Lotus Notes, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office, Virtual Desktop, Junos Pulse, Active Directory, and LANDesk application deployment technologies.
• Support MDT imaging for PCs, Cisco network hardware, facility cabling, RF equipment, and other end-user applications.
• Assist with evaluating, selecting, deploying, and supporting IT products and technologies.
• Participate in testing and evaluating new desktop software packages and implementing prototypes.
• Set up, deploy, configure, and support mobile devices.
• Monitor on-site information systems, including backups, UPS systems, and server and network equipment.
• Provide remote technical support to facilities and associates.
• Maintain, configure, and support warehouse technology, including printers, RF units, and terminals.
• Coordinate with external vendors for technical support and services.
• Conduct end-user training and technology learning sessions for associates.
• Assist with technology planning, budgeting, technical documentation, and process improvement initiatives.
• Maintain records of spare equipment inventory and electronic waste.
• Escalate complex technical issues to Lead Administrators or management as required.

Mandatory Skills and Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification.
• 1–2 years of experience providing Information Systems (IS) support.
• Working knowledge of Lotus Notes and LANDesk technologies.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues, multitask, and adapt to a changing work environment.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple workstreams and high-priority support requests.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required, up to 10–15% of the time.
• Ability to perform the physical activities required for the role, including walking, standing, bending, reaching, and lifting or carrying equipment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate degree or technical school degree.
