Job Requirements
- All RNs must have completed BLS and ACLS certifications prior to the end of orientation.
- Prior experience in ICU/Stepdown or 1 year med/surg experience is preferred.
Schedule Information
The job involves working a weekend rotation, with three Mondays and Fridays per six-week scheduling period.
Holidays are observed according to the staffing matrix.
Unit-Specific Information
The Acute Care Unit operates under a Team-Based Care model, where all care providers, including medical doctors, nurses, case management, pharmacists, and physical therapists/occupational therapists, meet daily to discuss patient care, treatment plans, and discharge needs.
