We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Person to support daily warehouse operations, facility upkeep, and vehicle management. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and takes pride in maintaining an efficient and safe work environment.
Pay: $17-20 per hour, Depending on Experience

Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and verify materials against purchase orders and job numbers
- Process returns and manage surplus materials with proper documentation
- Maintain tool check-in/check-out system, including safety inspections
- Track and manage uniform inventory; coordinate with vendor
- Perform routine cleaning of office spaces, restrooms, kitchen, and common areas
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of warehouse areas
- Complete exterior upkeep (mowing, gutter cleaning, pressure washing, trash removal)
- Maintain cleanliness and service records for company vehicles
- Perform monthly inspections and coordinate repairs as needed
- Ensure vehicles are fueled and ready for daily operations
- Maintain organization of tools, chemicals, and emergency equipment
- Assist with hurricane and emergency preparation tasks per company procedures
Required Qualifications:
- Previous experience in warehouse or facility maintenance preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and operate hand/power tools safely
- Familiarity with inventory and tool tracking practices
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Valid driver's license required
