  • WHAT YOU WILL DO


    • Proactively hunt for new business through cold outreach, networking, referrals, and digital channels.
    • Educate prospects on the 6 Points of Electrical Compliance to build trust and demonstrate value.
    • Build and manage a pipeline of qualified leads using CRM tools and strategic outreach.
    • Conduct discovery calls and meetings with key decision-makers to uncover operational needs and compliance gaps.
    • Deliver tailored solutions that align with client goals and regulatory requirements.
    • Achieve and exceed sales quotas, contributing directly to company growth.
    • Retain and grow your client base, fostering long-term relationships and driving repeat business.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project handoff and client satisfaction.
    • Maintain accurate records of all interactions, proposals, and follow-ups in the CRM.

    • A passion for business development and a consultative approach to sales.
    • Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation.
    • Ability to educate and influence clients on technical and regulatory topics.
    • A structured, goal-oriented mindset with a commitment to process and discipline.
    • Self-motivation, resilience, and a drive to succeed.
    • Experience in electrical, industrial, or technical sales is a strong asset.
    • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
    • Physical ability to perform the essential functions of the role, including lifting, climbing, bending, and working in various environmental conditions.
