This is for a small and growing terminal located in Millington, TN, and is leading the industry in bulk transportation. Whether you currently work in dispatch, logistics coordination, fleet operations, billing, or DOT compliance, this role gives you the chance to build a long-term career in the fast-paced world of liquid bulk transportation.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in dispatch, transportation, logistics, fleet operations, billing, or DOT compliance
- Leadership experience in hazmat, fuel, or liquid bulk tanker operations preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and computer skills

What You’ll Do
- Dispatch and coordinate freight for our fleet of trucks
- Learn all aspects of terminal and transportation operations
- Support driver performance, scheduling, and communication
- Assist with billing, log auditing, and DOT compliance
- Work directly with customers, drivers, and internal departments
- Gain experience in hazmat and liquid bulk tanker operations
- Coordinate maintenance and accident reporting processes
- Support safety initiatives and compliance efforts
- Assist with recruiting and hiring drivers and mechanics
- Develop the leadership skills needed for future management opportunities
