Description:
We are seeking a motivated Outside Service Representative to maintain existing business relationships and develop new relationships to expand our service business. In this position you be representing Freightliner and Western Star.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Regularly call on established accounts to assist with customer relationships and sell Boyer Trucks products and services.
- Establish and qualify new accounts.
- Provide prompt, courteous and accurate service to customers.
- Regularly travel within designated territory.
- Maintain familiarity with all vendor products.
- Maintain daily contact with major accounts assigned to you.
- Complete tasks within the designated budget for travel and entertainment.
- Additional duties as assigned.
WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL ABILITIES:
- Activities require a full range of motion including handling, lifting, manual dexterity, finger dexterity and eye-hand coordination.
- Position requires standing, balancing, bending or stooping for prolonged periods of time.
- Position requires the occasional ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 45 pounds.
- Position requires corrected vision and hearing within normal range.
- Must be able to regularly get in and out of vehicle's.
REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Driver's License and MVR in good standing.
- Ability to obtain a CDL within 90 days.
- Ability to work independently and with a group.
- Ability to travel.
- Proven ability to develop relationships and close sales.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-Oriented
- Ability to successfully complete a general abilities assessment and pass a post-offer background check, physical and drug screening.
PREFERRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
- Truck and/or mechanical experience or knowledge is preferred.
