Mobile Fleet Technician – Las Vegas, NV [Full-Time]

What You'll Do:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on medium- and heavy-duty trucks
- Troubleshoot and diagnose engine, electrical, hydraulic, brake, and aftertreatment issues to ensure optimal performance and safety
- Conduct inspections and tests to proactively identify potential issues before they escalate
- Maintain accurate and timely records of repairs, parts used, and maintenance activities
- Respond to service calls for both shop and field repairs
- Collaborate with team members to improve fleet reliability and reduce downtime
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in diesel engine and truck technology
- Follow all OSHA and DOT safety standards and company policies while maintaining a clean and organized workspace
What You Bring:
- 5 years of experience as a diesel mechanic or heavy-duty truck technician
- Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record / clear Motor Vehicle Record - REQUIRED
- Strong understanding of diesel engines and mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
- Experience with diagnostic software and laptop-based troubleshooting
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and schematics
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and organizational abilities
- Capable of working independently as well as part of a team
- Ability to pass background, physical, and drug screening
- High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications:
- OEM certifications (Cummins, Detroit, PACCAR, Volvo/Mack, Allison, etc.)
- ASE Medium/Heavy Truck certifications
- DOT annual inspection qualified
- CDL is a plus
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
