Responsibilities

• Engage with potential customers through outbound calls, in person visits, and digital outreach to generate interest in our RV inventory.
• Conduct compelling product presentations and demonstrations, highlighting features that meet customer needs and preferences.
• Negotiate deals confidently, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that maximize sales outcomes.
• Upsell additional products and services such as accessories, warranties, and maintenance packages to enhance customer satisfaction and revenue.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns that attract new clients and retain existing ones.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, inventory levels, and sales activities to support effective inventory management and dealership operations.
• Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
• Support the dealership’s retail sales efforts by providing exceptional customer service both online and in person.

Experience

• Proven success in outside sales or B2B sales environments, preferably within the automotive or recreational vehicle industry.
• Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing high-end sales deals.
• Background in dealership or retail sales, including inventory management and inventory control practices.
• Excellent organizational skills paired with retail math proficiency to handle pricing strategies and deal calculations accurately.
• Familiarity with outbound sales techniques such as cold calling combined with effective marketing support strategies.
