About the role: We're seeking an experienced Senior Contract Manager to join a leading infrastructure organisation in Brisbane on an initial 4-month contract. This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded professional who thrives in complex stakeholder environments and can hit the ground running. Key responsibilities: Lead the day-to-day management of major service and maintenance contracts, ensuring commercial, contractual and compliance obligations are met. Provide expert advice on contract performance, claims, variations, risks and dispute resolution. Build strong relationships with internal teams, service providers and external stakeholders to drive collaboration and outcomes. Monitor supplier performance, KPIs and governance requirements, ensuring compliance with contractual frameworks. Identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce risk and deliver greater value across contract operations. Prepare high-quality reports, presentations and contract documentation for senior stakeholders. About you: Proven experience managing complex, performance-based contracts in a senior contract management or contract supervision role. Strong understanding of contract administration, commercial risk management and governance frameworks. Exceptional stakeholder management, negotiation and influencing skills. Highly organised with strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
