Transteck has an immediate opening for an experienced Part Time Parts Counter person for our Freightliner of Elkton heavy truck dealership. Schedule is Monday-Friday 2 pm - 7 pm. Description For Parts Counter

• In person/phone/email/online sales
• Source parts as needed for speedy fulfillment
• Meet sales goals and gross profit goals
• Order parts according to dealership procedures
• Maintain special order parts for service department
• Resolve customer problems and maintain excellent customer service
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Ongoing OEM training to stay current with parts changes
• Provide written quotes to customers as needed
• Process core/warranty according to company guidelines
  
  

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED
• One-Two years sales experience preferred
