Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Director of Admissions to lead our admissions team. This role is crucial in shaping the future of our institution by effectively managing the admissions process, marketing strategies, and sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a proven track record in account management and technology sales, particularly with tools like Hubspot.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily and weekly sales huddle meetings
  • Manage 10-12 sales reps across Georgia
  • Hold Monthly Goal Setting Meetings (GSMs) with Sales Reps
  • Interview and hire new sales reps
  • Performance coaching for under-performing sales reps.
  • Host quarterly in-person sales round-ups
  • Utilize Hubspot CRM tools to track leads, manage accounts, and streamline communication with prospective students.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of admissions strategies with institutional goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 5-10 years of Business-to-consumer (B2C) sales experience
  • Experience growing sales from ~$5M - $50M
  • Demonstrated expertise in sales techniques and account management.
  • Proficiency in using technology for sales processes; CRM, call recording, video conferencing, SMS marketing.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Strong negotiation skills coupled with effective communication abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments while maintaining a focus on enrollment objectives.
  • 25-35% travel throughout the state of GA
