Position Summary: Account Manager

What You'll Do:
- Assist the Account Managers and learn key responsibilities for career advancement
- Manage daily administrative tasks with precision and organization
- Process client requests and handle documentation across multiple systems
- Create professional documents including spreadsheets, forms, and correspondence
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail, faxes, and courier packages
- Provide excellent customer service by answering phones and directing inquiries
- Collaborate with the accounting team through accurate data entry
- Contribute to special projects and process improvements
- Maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and efficiency in all tasks
What You Bring:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree a plus)
- One year of administrative or office experience preferred
