Job Responsibilities:
Seeking Business Architect to design and align strategic business capabilities and processes across wealth management platforms. This role will focus on bridging business objectives with technology solutions, driving transformation initiatives, and ensuring compliance and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and maintain business capability models and target-state architecture for wealth management.
- Map and optimize end-to-end processes (e.g., advisory onboarding, trade processing, billing, portfolio reporting).
- Translate business requirements into architectural blueprints, including process flows and integration designs.

Qualifications:
- 10 years of experience in business or solution architecture within wealth management, private banking, or financial services.
- Strong understanding of wealth management workflows (advisory, investments, billing, CRM, trading).
- Expertise in process modeling, capability mapping, and integration planning.
- Familiarity with architecture frameworks (TOGAF, ArchiMate) and modeling standards (UML, BPMN).
- Bachelor s degree in business, Finance, IT, or related field; MBA or architecture certifications (TOGAF, CBAP) a plus.
- Experience with tools such as ArchiMate, Visio, JIRA, and platforms like Temenos, Salesforce, Varicent.
- Collaborate with IT, solution architects, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment of business and technical solutions.
- Lead workshops and design sessions to gather requirements and drive consensus on architecture decisions.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, risk, and data governance frameworks.
- Support platform migrations and digital transformation initiatives (e.g., Temenos, CRM, billing systems).
- Provide architectural oversight during solution delivery, UAT, and release planning.
