DETAILS ABOUT THIS POSITION:
- Hourly range: Step 1 24.52 - Step 8 $34.49
(Initial salary placement for this position is from Step 1 to Step 3 depending on the amount of reasonably related experience) - Length of Work Year: M-F / 195 days per school year
- Location: Transportation
- Hours: 8 hours - Schedule to be determined

JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Education & Experience:
- Equivalent to the completion of the twelfth grade.
- Valid California Commercial (Class A or B) driver’s license with “P” (Passenger) and “S” (School Bus) endorsements.
- Valid California Special Driver Certificate (School Bus).
- Current First Aid/CPR certification.
- Satisfactory driving record.
- Ability to meet all CHP and district requirements for school bus operation.
- Medical Certificate (DL-51)

- California Special Drivers Certificate
- CPR & First Aid Certificate - CPR and First Aid courses must be in accordance with the curriculum of the American Heart Association or American Red Cross. Online certifications will not be accepted. Please Note: A BLS certificate alone does not meet the CPR/First Aid requirement. In addition to BLS you must attach a First Aid Certificate.
