We are looking for a sharp, high-energy Inside Sales person who wants to learn, grow, and make money in a fast-moving industry.
This is a great role for someone who is smart, organized, coachable, and not afraid to pick up the phone.
We need someone with common sense, good follow-up, and the ability to learn technical products quickly.
We sell and support products in:
- Traffic safety systems
- Emergency blue light towers
- Solar camera systems
- Campus safety technology
- Smart crosswalk systems
- Public safety and security infrastructure
You do not need to know everything on day one. We can teach the products. What we cannot teach is hustle, attitude, follow-up, and common sense.
- Call and follow up with leads, customers, campuses, cities, contractors, and agencies
- Prepare quotes, pricing, and customer proposals
- Help put together bid responses, product packages, and scope information
- Work with management and vendors to get pricing, lead times, and product details
- Assist with CRM updates, email follow-up, and customer communication
- Learn our product lines and help match customers with the right solution
- Work closely with management, outside sales, operations, and service teams
- Help grow a national public safety and infrastructure company
- High energy and hungry to grow
- Smart, organized, and reliable
- Strong phone and communication skills
- Good with email, follow-up, pricing, and basic computer tools
- Comfortable working on quotes, proposals, and customer follow-up
- Common sense and a positive attitude

Sales experience is a plus, but not required if you have the right attitude and work ethic.
