Ensures Student Safety and Well-Being:

• Supervises and Manages Student Conduct: Monitors student behavior on the bus, enforcing district discipline guidelines to maintain a safe and orderly learning environment. Addresses minor discipline situations effectively and reports any serious issues to the Transportation Safety and Behavior Facilitator.
• Supports Student Needs: Assists students with any needs that may arise during the bus route, fostering a positive and supportive learning atmosphere.
• Maintains Open Communication: Collaborates with the Transportation Safety and Behavior Facilitator, providing daily updates regarding student progress, behavior management strategies, and any problem-solving efforts.

Commitment to Professional Development:

• Attends Meetings and Training: Actively participates in required meetings and in-services to stay current on best practices in student management and safety protocols.
