Driver Requirements – Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT)

We are seeking professional and reliable drivers to join our transportation team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Safely transport patients from their homes to medical appointments, clinics, and hospitals.
• Ensure all passengers are properly secured with seat belts before and during transportation.
• Maintain punctuality for patient pick-ups and drop-offs.
• Provide a safe, courteous, and professional experience for all passengers.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and customer service skills.
• English proficiency is required. Spanish language skills are preferred but not required.

Qualifications:

• Must pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol screening.
• Must have a clean driving record with no major accidents or serious traffic violations.
• Ability to work professionally with patients, caregivers, and healthcare facilities.
• Strong commitment to safety, reliability, and professionalism.

Professional Appearance Requirements:

• Drivers must maintain a clean and professional appearance at all times.
• No slippers, flip-flops, or inappropriate footwear.
• No clothing containing offensive, inappropriate, or unprofessional images, language, or graphics.
• If a cap is worn, it must be worn in a professional manner and not backward.

Pay: From $16.90 per hour
