Job Purpose:
- The Corporate Recruiter is responsible for the full-cycle recruitment process for Valley Truck Centers and its affiliates, focusing on identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent across various departments. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the company attracts and retains a high-performing workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to source qualified candidates for open positions.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including online job boards, social media platforms, professional networking, and employee referrals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide regular updates on recruitment progress.
- Conduct thorough screening and interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Extend job offers and negotiate compensation packages with selected candidates.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and metrics.
- Stay informed of industry best practices and trends in talent acquisition.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of the company's recruitment processes.
- Collaborate with other HR team members to ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.

Qualifications:Required Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Required Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting software.
- Proven track record of sourcing and hiring qualified candidates.
- Experience developing and implementing recruiting strategies.
- Experience conducting interviews and assessing candidates.
Required Skills and Abilities:
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Strong ability to build relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary : $45,000 - $55,000
