Legacy, Inc. is seeking an experienced Breakdown Coordinator & Driver Support professional to join our Fleet Operations team.
This position is ideal for someone with recent diesel mechanic experience who wants to transition into an operations-focused role while continuing to leverage their technical expertise.
As our Breakdown Coordinator, you'll serve as the central point of communication during roadside breakdowns—working with drivers, repair facilities, vendors, and leadership to minimize downtime and ensure timely, cost-effective repairs.
Qualifications- Diesel mechanic experience within the last five years (required)
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Ability to prioritize multiple issues in a fast-paced environment
- Onsite
- Tuesday-Saturday
- Evening on-call availability for escalated breakdown support
- $25-$30/hour
