Billing/Invoicing Specialist
Purpose:
This position is responsible for supporting all aspects of the billing process and providing customers with an invoice for vehicle transportation orders and all related items. This position will provide billing focused support for all customers and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities and Tasks: (85%)
- Support incoming/outgoing calls and emails pertaining to questions on billing
- Serve as the primary point of contact for escalated customer billing questions
- Maintain, update, and distribute client specific invoices on regularly scheduled basis
- Partner with customers and internal departments to collect specific invoice requirements and provide to management and IT team, as necessary
- Participate in monthly storage billing for applicable clients
- Work in partnership with members of the team and inter-departmentally as needed in providing client support regarding billing inquiries
- Administer client parameters in an efficient and professional manner
- Timely fulfillment and follow through of all related transactional duties to meet Service Level Agreements
- Utilize Cosmo software to document, manage and track client support and transactions
- Thrive in a fast paced, customer oriented business with consultative knowledge of vehicle transportation and logistics needs
- Demonstrate mastery of industry best practices, internal business policies, resources and resolution procedures

- Proficient with Quickbooks, Microsoft Operating Platform, and Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent typing skills
- Previous collections and/or accounts receivable experience preferred
- Education level: Minimum of a two-year Associates Degree, Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Qualified experience may be substituted for education.

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
