Join Transport Refrigeration, Inc, a trusted leader in fleet maintenance and Thermo King refrigeration solutions. We're looking for a Parts Lead to help manage our growing inventory and parts operations, supporting technicians and customers across the region.

🔧 What You’ll Be Doing:
• Maintain and organize inventory in a clean, safe, and efficient parts department
• Process incoming stock and manage inventory levels using our MAS system
• Assist customers at the parts counter and over the phone with parts orders
• Pick, distribute, and record parts used by technicians for service orders
• Submit warranty parts to manufacturers for reimbursement
• Act as cashier for C.O.D. sales (cash, check, credit/debit)
• Load/unload trailers using forklifts (certification provided if needed)
• Deliver parts to customers, vendors, and pick up special orders
• Assemble A/C hoses, custom kits, and OEM product builds
• Support shipping operations: boxing parts, creating labels, preparing for transit
• Participate in annual physical inventory and continuous cycle counts

🧠 What You’ll Need:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 year in parts, logistics, warehouse, or inventory control preferred
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Basic math skills for pricing, orders, and warranty tracking
• Forklift experience or willingness to be trained and certified
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and ability to learn internal systems
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and handle frequent standing, walking, bending
• Dependability, organization, and a team-first attitude
