️What You’ll Need
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license
- Basic mechanical skills and your own tools (standard and metric)
- Ability to work independently and follow repair instructions
- Positive, professional attitude and willingness to learn
What You’ll Do
- Diagnose and repair transport refrigeration units, diesel heaters, cab A/C systems, and Auxiliary Power Units (APUs)
- Perform road service after training
- Maintain safety and quality standards in a clean, organized shop
