About the Role
Transport Refrigeration is looking for a detail-oriented HR Generalist to assist our Human Resources team with daily operations, employee support, and compliance activities. This role provides administrative support to HR and helps ensure company policies and processes run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
• Respond to employee questions regarding HR policies and processes
• Assist with recruiting activities as needed including coordination and administrative support
• Support the employee recognition program and company events
• Maintain training records and safety content in Paycom
• Run HR and payroll reports as requested
• Provide backup support for payroll processing
• Ensure employment poster compliance across all locations
• Maintain confidential employee records and documentation
- Other HR related duties as assigned
Qualifications
• 2 years of HR experience or related education/experience
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with employees and leadership
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• HRIS experience preferred (Paycom is a plus)
• Valid driver’s license required
