Transport Refrigeration Services, Inc. is hiring experienced Diesel Mechanics and Trailer Technicians to support fleet maintenance and refrigerated transport operations in Mebane, NC. Enjoy flexible 3 or 4-day schedules, premium pay, and strong benefits.
Available Schedules:
Sunday–Wednesday: 3:00AM - 1:30 PM, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Thursday–Saturday: 4:00 AM – 4:30 PM
** Overnight shifts & 3:00 AM shift earn an additional $2.00/hour premium

What You’ll Do:
- Preventative maintenance on trucks, trailers, reefers, and APUs
- Brake, suspension, and DOT/FHWA inspections
- Diagnose electrical systems and ABS brakes
- Tire services (mount, dismount, balance, flat repairs)
- Trailer structural repairs, rear doors, and washouts
- Troubleshoot APUs and assist with road service calls
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shop
- Operate forklifts, hoists, and shop equipment
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year diesel, trailer, or refrigeration experience
(DOT inspections & air brakes required) - Valid driver’s license
- Obtain toolbox and the required tools
- Strong work ethic and team-focused mindset
