TRA is hiring a full-time Trailer Technician for our Lowell shop. This is a hands-on opportunity to break into the diesel and trailer repair industry with full training and mentorship. Welding and fabrication experience required.

What You’ll Do in Your First 90 Days

• Learn how to inspect, repair, and document trailer repairs
• Assist in lighting, wiring, brake replacement, and door repairs
• Shadow skilled welders and insulation techs
• Master shop safety, tools, and repair documentation standards

Minimum Requirements to Apply

• Mechanical aptitude or vocational/tech school background
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• Able to lift 50 lbs and work in active shop environments
• Positive attitude, coachable, reliable
