Position Summary
We're hiring an Operations Support Specialist to work directly with our Director of Operations. This entry-level position is designed for a recent college graduate ready to develop into an Operations Manager. You’ll gain experience in compliance, reporting, logistics, and team coordination.
What You'll Do
- Support daily operations and administrative tasks
- Track KPIs and report performance metrics
- Maintain documentation and compliance systems
- Assist with SOP creation and team onboarding
- Coordinate cross-departmental projects
- Participate in weekly team meetings
- Help manage fleet and facility compliance
Qualifications
- Recent college graduate
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas)
- Familiar with Power BI, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive
- Willing to travel and relocate for advancement
- Valid driver’s license
- Comfortable working in shop and office environments
