✅ What You’ll Need:
- Valid driver’s license and clean background
- High school diploma or equivalent (technical school a plus)
- Must own a toolbox with standard tools & be able to obtain specialty tools (gauges, meters, leak detectors, etc.)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Willing to work overtime as needed
- Ability to complete:
- Thermo King Certi-Tech Certification (within 1 year)
- EPA 608 & 609 Certifications (within 1 year)
🔧 What You’ll Do:
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain transport refrigeration units, APUs, cab A/Cs, and heaters
- Perform road service and join our on-call rotation (after training)
- Meet standard repair times and keep work organized
- Operate tools, hoists, and shop equipment safely
- Keep the shop clean, efficient, and professional
