Transport Products and Service Enterprises, Inc. is hiring for the position of Contract Administrator. This person will be responsible for preparing and reviewing company contracts. The Contract Administrator must have a strong attention to detail along with an ability to identify potential risks. Ideal candidates will have experience managing contracts and be familiar with legal requirements and terms.
Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Prepare sales contracts and purchase agreements.
- Handle Negotiation of terms
- Review and update existing contracts
- Explain terms and conditions to interested parties
- Analyze potential risks involved with specific contract terms
- Stay up-to date with legislative changes
- Ensure all deadlines and conditions described in contracts are met (e.g. payments, procurement and shipping)
- Maintain system of physical and digital records
Candidate should have the following qualifications:
- Experience as a Contract Administrator, Contract Manager or similar role
- Knowledge of legal requirements involved with contracts
- Knowledge of accounting procedures
- Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Quick Books.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
