Duties
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting shoppers warmly and addressing inquiries promptly
- Handle cash, credit card, and mobile payments with precision and accountability
- Assist with merchandising, stocking shelves, and organizing the sales floor to ensure an inviting shopping environment
- Conduct product demos when necessary to showcase features and benefits to customers
- Upsell relevant products and promotions to maximize sales opportunities
- Maintain phone etiquette when communicating with customers over the phone or in person
Skills
- Strong communication skills in both English and bilingual capabilities (if applicable) to connect effectively with diverse customers
- Experience with POS systems and cash handling procedures
