Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Lead Warehouse Worker to join our team. We are looking for someone with experience in order picking, warehouse management systems, and the ability to handle heavy lifting. This position is essential for ensuring that our customers receive their orders accurately and on time.
Responsibilities
- Perform order picking and packing duties to fulfill customer orders accurately.
- Load and unload products from delivery vehicles, ensuring safe handling of all items.
- Maintain organization within the warehouse, ensuring all products are stored correctly.
- Assist in inventory management by conducting regular stock checks and reporting discrepancies.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow within the distribution center.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment at all times.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a warehouse setting is preferred, with skills in order picking and packing.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems is a plus.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) as required by the job.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate order fulfillment.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required for driving duties.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
