You will oversee every stage of the project from initiation to completion, ensuring accountability for administration, scheduling, budgeting, and client communications. Your role is crucial in providing exceptional client support and resolving any localization challenges that arise in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities :
- Ensure clarity of project instructions by collaborating with Account Executives, Client Services, and Clients to refine project parameters as necessary.
- Advise clients on optimal strategies to achieve their project goals while engaging with them directly when needed.
- Negotiate project rates and deadlines with contract linguists to enhance profitability and expedite completion.
- Utilize computer-assisted translation tools to increase consistency and profitability.
- Implement appropriate reference materials and glossaries to maintain high quality and consistency throughout projects.
- Proactively communicate issues, delays, and additional information to key stakeholders and troubleshoot problems as they arise.
- Collaborate effectively with departments essential to project workflow, such as Quality Managers and Localization QA Teams.
- Conduct final quality checks and assign scores before project delivery.
- Submit completed projects to Account Executives or Client Services on time or ahead of schedule.
- Ensure accurate and complete billing within 24 hours post-project completion, adhering to all regulations.
- Use data analytics to monitor project progress, make informed decisions, and evaluate success effectively.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with global contract linguists and provide constructive feedback.
- Address client complaints and collaborate with management to implement systemic changes to prevent recurrence of issues.
- Stay informed about gaming industry trends, clients, and current events to enhance service delivery.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by recommending process enhancements.
- Work independently, manage check-ins effectively, and escalate issues constructively to your manager.
- Keep up-to-date with best practices, technologies, and tools relevant to your role.
- Exhibit consistent professionalism and quality of work in all interactions.
- Complete any additional tasks as assigned by management.
