The Administrative Assistant/Receptionist will provide essential support to a medium-sized team (11-50 members) by efficiently managing front desk responsibilities and facilitating smooth office operations. This role involves handling various communication channels including phone, voicemail, email, virtual meetings, and in-person interactions, ensuring timely and professional responses. The candidate will utilize standard office software such as the Microsoft Office Suite to assist with scheduling, data management, and correspondence, contributing to a well-organized and productive work environment.

 

Responsibilities

  • Manage reception duties and greet visitors professionally
  • Maintain calendar and schedule meetings for the team
  • Perform data entry and organize files accurately
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and voicemail correspondence
  • Coordinate meetings and prepare related documents
  • Manage office supplies and ensure timely restocking
  • Provide customer support and assist visitors as needed
  • Distribute mail and manage document flow

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1 years experience in administrative support roles
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong scheduling and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Effective time management and attention to detail
  • Experience in data entry and office organization

Salary : $45,000 - $60,000
