Role Description
The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, developing account strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include coordinating project timelines, negotiating contracts, identifying up-sell opportunities, and working closely with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet client needs and expectations.
Qualifications
