Account Manager (Onsite in Atlanta)

Your Role:

TransPerfect Legal’s Account Manager position is designed to provide hands-on training to develop sales representatives to become successful revenue producing teammates within our global sales organization. The position of Account Manager is a hunter role, responsible for developing new business relationships, sourcing and setting client meetings, maintaining an active sales pipeline, and identifying and resolving client needs.


  • Responsible for growing new business from existing clients, including working closely with senior leadership to expand current relationships and upsell the TransPerfect portfolio.
  • Creatively problem solve to improve current new business development strategy.
  • Negotiate rates and deadlines with prospective and current clients.
  • Develop a sound understanding of our service offerings, the legal industry, our clients and their needs
  • Identify qualified leads through detailed online research including LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, trade show lists, and other investigative methods
  • Create detailed lead lists outlining key selling points that will facilitate a strategic sales pitch
  • Cold call leads
  • Generate creative outreach to leads
  • Set and maintain an active calendar of new client meetings and networking events
  • Create and improve business development strategies
  • Develop and maintain a healthy busienss pipeline
  • Partner with internal subject matter experts to understand and maximize opportunities


Qualifications:

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Effective time management
  • Sales experience and an interest in the legal industry strongly preferred
