As a Localization Engineer – PC, you’ll ensure global readiness of PC products by enabling seamless localization workflows, technical integration, and automation.

Overview
As a Localization Engineer – PC, you’ll ensure global readiness of PC products by enabling seamless localization workflows, technical integration, and automation.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, analyze, and process files for translation across PC titles.
- Build and maintain scripts/tools to automate localization workflows.
- Collaborate with linguists, PMs, and developers to integrate localized assets.
- Troubleshoot encoding, formatting, and file conversion issues.
- Validate localized builds and ensure proper implementation.
- Maintain documentation for tools, workflows, and processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field; Master’s preferred.
- 2–4 years in localization engineering, or related technical role.
- Knowledge of localization workflows and formats (JSON, XML, CSV).
- Familiarity with scripting (Python)
- Experience with Linux bash terminal
- Knowledge in pipeline automation
- Familiarity with Git or version control tools.
- Languages: Python, Bash/PowerShell.
- Formats: JSON, XML, CSV, HTML, YAML
- Tools: Git, Jenkins/CI
- Environment: Windows/PC pipelines.
- Nice to Have: build automation tools.
