Canvassing Sales Representative

Position Overview

Transparent Window and Door is seeking motivated, energetic, and professional Door-to-Door Canvassing Sales Representatives to help generate qualified leads and appointments for residential window and door replacement projects.

This role is ideal for someone who is outgoing, competitive, self-driven, and comfortable speaking with homeowners face-to-face. Successful candidates will play a critical role in building our pipeline by creating opportunities for our sales consultants through neighborhood canvassing, community engagement, and direct prospecting.

We are looking for people who are hungry to grow, enjoy performance-based compensation, and want to be part of a company focused on professionalism, customer experience, and long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Canvass residential neighborhoods to introduce homeowners to our window and door services
  • Generate qualified appointments for in-home consultations
  • Educate homeowners on the benefits of energy-efficient windows and doors
  • Track daily activity, leads, and appointments in company CRM systems
  • Maintain a professional appearance and positive company representation at all times
  • Follow assigned territory maps and daily prospecting goals
  • Attend team meetings, training sessions, and ride-alongs as required
  • Work collaboratively with sales managers and closing sales representatives
  • Consistently meet or exceed lead generation and appointment-setting goals

Qualifications

Required

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable working outdoors and walking neighborhoods for extended periods
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed

Preferred

  • Previous door-to-door sales or canvassing experience
  • Experience in home improvement, roofing, solar, windows, siding, or related industries
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and lead tracking tools
  • Competitive sports, sales, or customer service background

Compensation Structure

Compensation may include:

  • Hourly base pay or draw structure
  • Per-appointment bonuses

  • Performance incentives and advancement opportunities

Top performers can earn substantial additional income through consistent lead generation and sales performance.
