What are the responsibilities and job description for the General Handyman position at Transparent Maintenance Inc.?
Transparent Maintenance is looking for a full time employee with both general knowledge and experience in residential maintenance. The appropriate candidate would be capable of repairs such as faucet replacements, toilet repairs, ceiling fan replacements, hanging doors and other general handyman tasks. Jobs will often require more intense labor, such as, junk removal, demolition, and hand digging.
Qualified candidates will need a driver's license and a smart phone. Candidates must also pass a background check, be a legal citizen of the U.S., and speak fluent English.
