What You'll Do
As an Outside Sales Executive, you'll be the trusted advisor for businesses in your community. Your day-to-day will include:
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients and decision-makers
- Presenting customized insurance plans that meet each client's unique needs
- Negotiating and finalizing contracts with confidence and professionalism
- Using our CRM system to track leads, manage follow-ups, and grow your book of business
- Proactively prospecting and generating new business opportunities
What We Offer
- Earning potential: $80,000-$120,000 annually
- Residual income & a vesting schedule for long-term rewards
- Uncapped commissions monthly performance bonuses
