Due to growth, we are currently looking to hire a Sales Administrator at our Sioux Falls location.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing reports, proposals, and contracts.
- Manage CRM data entry and maintain accurate customer records.
- Process orders, invoices, and quotes in a timely manner.
- Assist with scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, and managing calendars for the sales team.
- Respond to client inquiries and ensure a high level of customer service.
- Monitor and track sales metrics and compile performance reports.
- Support the development of sales presentations and marketing materials.
- Be a liaison between sales, service, and parts departments to ensure efficient communication.
- Proven experience as a Sales Administrator, Sales Support Specialist, or similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM.
- Attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills.
