This position plays an important role in the title and escrow process by ensuring incoming orders are processed accurately, efficiently, and on time.

What You'll Do
- Review incoming title and escrow orders for completeness and accuracy.
- Enter order information into the title and escrow production system with a high degree of accuracy.
- Contact customers and internal departments to obtain missing information and documentation.
- Retrieve and organize property records, starter documents, and supporting information.
- Research and obtain property tax and legal information from approved sources.
- Maintain accurate electronic files and ensure documentation is complete.
- Monitor the status of incoming orders and route completed files to the appropriate production team for title search and examination.
- Provide exceptional customer service while communicating professionally with customers, lenders, real estate professionals, attorneys, and coworkers.
- Follow company policies, underwriting requirements, and established procedures to ensure compliant order processing.
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- One to three years of administrative, customer service, or data entry experience.
- Previous experience in title insurance, escrow, mortgage lending, real estate, or a related industry is preferred but no required.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong data entry accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Ability to learn new technology and title production software quickly.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
