Dispatcher

Transmark is seeking a dependable and adaptable Dispatcher to join our operations team. This role plays a vital part in maintaining efficiency in order processing, dispatching, and inventory coordination for both Transmark and our valued customers.

Job Title: Dispatcher
Location: Greensburg, IN
Salary: $865/week during training ($45,000/year), increasing to $966.50/week ($50,000/year) after training
Schedule: 4 Days On / 4 Days Off (On-Call After Hours)

Duties include:

• Receive and enter loads from Customers.
• Monitor customer inventory and schedule loads accordingly.
• Schedule and assign loads in a logistically efficient manner.
• Keep information in dispatch software up to date.
• Building and maintaining relationships with customers and their representatives.
• Communicate effectively and professionally with Customers, Co-workers, and everyone you come in
• contact with while representing Transmark.
• Works with Drivers, Maintenance, and Administration.
• Directly reports to Operations Manager.

• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work effectively in a team setting
• Willingness to work a rotating schedule and be on call as needed
