🕒 Shift: US Shift (5:30pm-2:30am IST)

🔎 What We’re Looking For:
• Proven experience in international hiring (especially US/Global markets)
• Prior experience working in night shifts / US shift timings
• Strong sourcing, screening, and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple roles simultaneously
⚡ Key Requirements:
• Must be comfortable working in US shift (night shift)
• Immediate joiners preferred
• Hands-on experience with end-to-end recruitment cycle
