Role Description


This is a full-time, on-site position for a Sales Accounts Executive and Manager based in Indianapolis, Indiana. The role involves building and managing client relationships to drive business growth, identifying potential customers, securing new accounts, and maintaining long-term partnerships. The Sales Accounts Executive and Manager will also work closely with internal teams to create tailored freight and logistics solutions while meeting sales objectives and ensuring client satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, creating presentations, and staying informed about industry trends.


Qualifications


  • Business Development and Sales skills, including identifying leads, prospecting, and managing client relationships
  • Negotiation and Communication skills, with the ability to build trust and deliver effective presentations
  • Customer Service expertise, with a focus on maintaining positive client experiences and handling inquiries promptly
  • Understanding of logistics and transportation operations, including freight management and supply chain solutions
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office tools
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field (preferred but not required)
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with an emphasis on problem-solving

Salary : $40,000 - $80,000
