We are seeking mentors and life skill coaches to join our team! We are contracted with the Department of Juvenile Justice and are seeking staff to provide life skills education, mentoring and other services to youth currently involved with the courts in Richmond area.  

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, develop, and implement goal oriented, life skills for youth

  • Monitoring of implementation of Individualized Service Plan (ISP).
  • Develop progress notes that describe therapeutic interventions and progress towards goals.
  • Complete monthly reports by the first of each month
