What are the responsibilities and job description for the Program Manager/QIDP position at Transitions of Western Illinois?

We're looking for a caring, professional leader to oversee services to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities who receive residential supports in the community. As the Program Manager, you'll have the opportunity every day to enrich the clients' lives by providing engaging activities, in-home supports, and well-trained employees to assist people in living full and meaningful lives! You will also provide case management for the adults in your residential facility/service array. Applicants must possess:
- A degree in a Human Services field (Psychology, Social Work, Special Education, Recreation, or Rehab Counseling).
- 2 years of experience in supervision of employees
- Driver's license, good driving record, and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass background checks and drug test
