Our Therapists provide mental health services in an outpatient setting using collaborative treatment approaches tailored to suit their own style as well as the needs of the clients they're serving. Therapists at Transitions serve all populations including children, adults, couples, and families mainly in our busy, outpatient mental health setting. Partnering with other community agencies, medical providers, or schools to provide onsite therapy services may be necessary in this position.
Applicants must have:
- Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or other Human Services field; LCSW or LCPC preferred
- Ability to pass background checks and drug test
- Driver's license and good driving record
Full-time position, primarily daytime hours of work (just one evening/week) with flexible work schedule and occasional after-hours on-call (paid).

- Master's Degree Unlicensed annualized salary range $65,665 - $68,931
- Fully Licensed (LCPC/LCSW) annualized salary range $73,881 - $77,563
