We're growing and are looking for dedicated a DSP/Job Coach to join our team! As a Direct Support Professional/Job Coach, you will play a crucial role in supporting and empowering individuals with intellectual, developmental, or mental disabilities to achieve their vocational goals by providing on-the-job skills training and supports at their worksites in the community.
Our DSP/Job Coaches form productive relationships with our clients by providing training opportunities to develop their work skills, work with employers in integrated employment sites, and motivate the clients toward their vocational goals in competitive employment while facilitating the clients' independence in the job tasks. A new, full-time position is available and applicants must be able to work daytime, evening, and/or weekend hours of work to meet the needs of the clients at their jobs.

Pay: $18.50 - $19.42 per hour
