What are the responsibilities and job description for the Direct Support Professional, DSP, Direct Care; Evenings/Weekends position at Transitions of Western Illinois?

As a DSP at Transitions, you'll get to provide direct supports to adults who have intellectual, developmental, or mental disabilities. These positions are in group home settings and you are the ideal candidate if you're patient and have a heart for helping others! Paid training is provided. CNA experience is helpful but not required.
Part-time shifts available; Evenings/Weekends
- Evening and/or Weekend shift examples include 2:30pm-Midnight, 2:00pm-9:00pm, 3pm-10pm, 10am - 7pm, etc.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma/GED
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record
- Ability to pass criminal background checks and drug/alcohol tests
- 18 years of age (some positions require 21 )
