Community Support Worker

Are you the kind of person who lights up when you help someone accomplish something they didn't think they could do? As a Community Support Worker, you'll work one-on-one with adults living with mental illness in their homes and communities, helping them build the skills they need to live more independently. This role calls for someone who is compassionate, self-motivated, and organized — someone who can build genuine relationships with clients while also staying on top of the documentation that supports their care.

Full-time position! Flexible work schedule according to clients' needs as well as your own...primarily daytime hours of work plus after-hours on-call rotation (3-4 days/month).

This position requires:

• BA/BS degree in Psychology, Social Work, or other Human Services field
• Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and a good driving record
• Ability to pass fingerprint background checks and drug test
• Work in natural settings such as in homes or in the community
• After-hours on-call coverage 3-4 times/month
• Must reside within 30 minutes of Quincy, IL
