What are the responsibilities and job description for the Clinical Support Specialist position at Transitions of Western Illinois?
We're looking for a Clinical Support Specialist to join our team! Our Clinical Support Specialists provide support to our clinical mental health staff who, in turn, provide valuable mental health services to our clients in a busy outpatient clinic setting. The person in this role will perform a variety of supportive office duties including data entry and report generation within multiple programs/systems, reception and customer service duties, filing, scheduling appointments, multi-line phone operation, and other office responsibilities needed to support the agency's mission.
High School Diploma/GED, data entry experience, and excellent computer skills are required for this position. Previous phone/switchboard experience is helpful.
This full-time position consists of work hours Monday through Friday, mainly daytime, with 1 evening/week or Saturday morning required. We offer a positive work environment, competitive pay, and these great benefits:
